In addition, we have taken the time to gather many links to external Websites that we think would be of interest to our clients and visitors (in our Internet Links section).
In the tabs "Individual Tax Info for You", and "Business Tax Info for You" you will find several PDF informational documents and worksheets. You can scroll down and find the various topics and clink the link. Feel free to print or save as needed. In the tab "Tax Organizers", there are printable organizers for business entities and individuals.
In the past couple of years we implemented some successful changes to the tax preparation process. In the tab "Tax Organizer" you will find the two required documents that must be completed, signed and dated and given to us as part of your tax documentation and information. If you did not receive these in the mail (or have lost them), feel free to print by clicking the link to open the PDF.
To securely exchange confidential information and data, we use FILESHARE. Please scroll down to the FileShare link below and upload your information to your client portal (as one large PDF rather than several single page PDFs). We will be notified of your upload and assign your file to our schedule within a couple of days of receiving your information. Once the return is completed you will receive a "efile" copy to review and discuss as needed, and the efile forms for your digital signature and authorization to efile. If you would like to schedule a 30-minute Wrap-Up/Final Review appointment (in office, zoom, or phone) please call the office at 801-768-1500. Just a reminder, we must have all necessary information at least 10 workdays prior to a wrap-up appointment. Note: an appointment is not required to get your taxes completed and efiled.
We accept all credit/debit cards, cash, non-temporary checks, as well as PayPal. Once you have received a final invoice, you can scroll down and link to PayPal to provide payment. The invoice # is your last name. Tax preparation must be paid for prior to efiling the tax return.

Just a reminder: You do not need to schedule an appointment to drop your information off at the office. You WILL want to call the office to confirm someone is in to receive your info: we do not have an after-hours drop box at the office.
