Tax Organizers

Every tax return is as different and varied as the taxpayer themselves. There is never "one-size" fits all, nor does "one-fee" fit all.  With over 30 years experience, we have learned how to work with many different kinds of individuals and businesses and properly apply the tax code to each specific situation. We do not provide fast-food tax preparation services and in your best interest, we do not prepare returns "while you wait".  We will take the time your situation and filing requirements demand.  We don't just fill out tax forms; we analyze, inform, educate and proactively help you manage the uncertainty of taxes.

FEES

The fee for your tax return will be based on the events of your year, income type and source, and the forms and filing requirements applicable to you. Everyone is different, and every year is different.  The average base fee, for W2 filers with Itemized Deductions and Child Tax Credit, is approx $250.  If you have any kind of business activity (Sch C, Sch F, K-1s, Single Member LLCs), rental(s), investment transactions, Cyrpto Currency transactions, daycare, other states, marketplace insurance, college tuition related issues, earned income credit, HSA reporting, 1031 exchanges, retirement account related issues, etc. the fee will increase based on the needed forms.

All entity tax returns (1065, 1120, 1120s, 1041, 990, etc) are separate, and in addition to personal 1040 filing requirements. The base fee for most separate entities is $550.  (number of owners, asset depreciation/sales/activity, complexity of the reporting requirements, required basis and debt reporting, and MUCH more) will increase the fee.

If your business needs accounting/bookkeeping, or payroll assistance, please call for a quote for those separate services.
